Focus on one thing at a time
Start by doing a priority list of the most important things you need to do to reach your target. It will make it easier for you to get an overview of what you need to do and it reduces stress and make you feel more organized. Then focus on one thing at a time and do not think of anything else as long as you are working with that specific thing! Easy!
If you have the habit of postponing things you need to do, you lack concentration. You must stop brooding! Do not put off things you must do. Do it now! The feeling when it´s done is priceless. Don´t forget to smile.
To aim your purpose and hit the target you need to calm down and look within. Set off at least 15 minutes a day to meet with your self. Sit in stillness by your self and close your eyes. Relax your muscles and breathe calmly. Try to focus your mind on one thing. For some this is very easy and for others who are not used to do such exercises, it can be more challengeing. However practice makes perfect and it is so much worth the effort. It will pay back!
